Brooke White

Brooke a 3rd year martial arts student turns 9 in May, 2006, currently
is an upper green belt in Kenpo with the Manchester, CT. Police Athletic League (PAL)
Martial Arts Program.
She is preparing to move up in rank to brown belt in the very immediate future. Although I am her dad and one of her Kenpo instructors, she has earned all of her awards and recognition, as well as her rank promotions from other instructors
based on her own determination and abilities.
Some of Brooke's accomplishments and recognition:
2004 Manchester, CT PAL Mixed Martial Arts Tournament;
2nd Place in Kata Forms (Youth-Under 10 yrs/Hard Styles/ Under Black
Belt)
3rd place in Kumite/Point Sparring (Youth-Under 10 yrs/Hard Styles/
Under Black Belt)
2006 Diversified League of Martial Artists' International Open
Breaking Tournament;
1st Place - Side Kick Breaking (Youth Division/1" Thick Board
Breaks/Under Black Belt)
1st Place - Heel Kick Breaking (Youth Division/1" Thick Board
Breaks/Under Black Belt)
2nd Place - Palm Heel Strike (Youth Division/1" Thick Board

I am proud of Brooke's accomplishments, both as her father and as
one of her instructors and she is poised to become the first female
youth student to be promoted through the ranks up to black belt with
the Manchester PAL program.
Thank you in advance and as always, I remain yours in the martial arts.
